Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kompressor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Kompressor is an iOS application that provides image compression functionality. The App allows users to compress images stored on their device to reduce file size while maintaining visual quality.

Usage License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • All activity that occurs under your use of the App
  • Ensuring you have the right to compress and modify any images you process
  • Keeping backup copies of your original images

Prohibited Conduct

You are not permitted to:

  • Use the app in any way that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the app
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Image Quality

While we strive to maintain image quality during compression, we do not guarantee that compressed images will meet your specific quality requirements. Image compression inherently involves some degree of quality trade-off.

Data Loss

We strongly recommend maintaining backup copies of your original images. We are not responsible for any loss of data or images resulting from the use of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kompressor and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Termination

Your license to use the App is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
